A&E Design has been working with HEO Tech since 2008, implementing a series of IT changes and upgrades through the years. In the last seven years, the firm has experienced a significant amount of growth, including opening several new office locations and adding forty employees to the workforce.

With an internal IT department and outside help as needed, the business was handling IT concerns; however, with constantly changing IT systems, Chemet hired HEO Tech as an outside source to handle the IP phone system and network infrastructure.

DOWL is an engineering firm with over 475 employees, based in Alaska and with offices in seven other states. While DOWL had been working with HEO Tech since 2008, the company merged with HKM Engineering, Inc., not only doubling the size of the company, but complicating the Wide Area Network (WAN) system.

GDA Engineers was steadily growing and opened a branch office in Utah. In the transition, the network administrator left to follow other pursuits. With the new branch office struggling to have a positive user experience, the company sought out a managed services provider (MSP) in hopes of meeting its IT needs; however, instead GDA felt that the MSP took its monthly fees and 

never really fixed anything. 

Integrus Architecture had come to the position in which its network infrastructure had come to end of life. Having used HEO Tech for smaller projects in the past, Integrus Architecture sought out Honcoop’s expertise in upgrading to a new system.
