Qualitative Analysis

HEO Tech performs qualitative analysis services for companies. Based from an IT perspective, HEO Tech will interview selected employees from a company and use that information to develop a plan that will utilize the best options to remediate business issues. Based on the gathered information, a prioritized list of problem statements is developed. These problems represent issues within the environment, where resolution would create a net benefit to the organization. These problem definitions are then collaboratively refined to ensure that further effort is focused on resolving the agreed-upon problems and priorities. Options for solutions that collectively address the identified problems are developed and evaluated. Each option is evaluated for its fit with business requirements, value to the organization, and fit within the overall topology.

A technology committee made of key members of the organization will work with HEO Tech to evaluate the options for fit with requirements, expected costs, and organizational benefits. The collected feedback from the technology committee is used to develop an overall strategic recommendation which will identify options, sequencing, expected costs, organizational benefits, and staffing requirements. Any required revisions will be incorporated into the strategic plan and the finalized document will be delivered to the organization for implementation.
